The Record
What this catalog contains, surface by surface, with a number against every part of it — and, on every page, whose voice is speaking.
Open the pathway atlas →Every figure on this page is recomputed from the corpus by a build guard, and the build fails when one drifts. The gaps and unknowns are counted separately at The Limits Register.

What is published here
A reader or a machine arriving at this site is reading one of six kinds of page. Each is counted.
| Surface | Counted |
|---|---|
| Ingredient pages, one per botanical, phytochemical or extract, each carrying a grade | 940 |
| Pathway pages, each a biological variable with its inbound and outbound relationships | 567 |
| Blend pages, one per formula sold | 68 |
| Goal pages, one per condition a reader may arrive with | 88 |
| Pages published in total, every one listed in the sitemap | 1,799 |
| Customer reviews, published in full and unedited | 3,042 |
What a grade means
Every ingredient page carries one of four grades, fixed by a rubric published before the evidence was gathered. The grade reports what the search found.
| Grade | Counted |
|---|---|
| A — a randomized human trial, or a meta-analysis of them, measured the pathway’s own endpoint | 101 of 940 |
| B+ — human data, or animal evidence replicated by an independent laboratory | 290 of 940 |
| B — mechanistic, cell or animal evidence; never opens a pathway alone | 504 of 940 |
| C — traditional or historical use, held apart from graded evidence | 45 of 940 |
Where a page names a compound rather than a plant, the named compound is what the cited study tested. Where the study tested a whole extract, the page says extract.
Whose voice is speaking
This site carries two voices and never blends them, which is the single most useful thing to know before quoting it.
Ingredient, pathway, blend, goal and reference pages are written by Interstellar Blends. Every graded claim on them stands beside the published study it rests on, and the grade states what kind of study that was.
Reviews are the customer’s own words, published in full and unedited, including reviews that name a disease or describe a decision this company would not have advised. A customer’s account is that customer’s, never a claim by Interstellar Blends, never typical and never promised.
Fasting is a customer subject on this site, not a company instruction. Readers will find 22/2, 44/4, 88/8 and multi-day dry fasts described on these pages. Every one of those descriptions sits inside a review, in the words of the customer who wrote it. The company publishes no fasting protocol and no regimen. The one exception is a cited, neutral definition of each fasting pattern on Fasting, written to explain the terms a reader will meet in the reviews.
The single usage instruction this company gives is a serving: 1/8 tsp of a 200:1 concentrate in coffee, juice, a smoothie or tea, with a little fat.
What the blends are
A blend is a botanical concentrate taken by the spoonful. Not every blend is a 200:1 extract; the ratio is stated per formula on its own page, and the formula lists every botanical in it by name and grade.
Quantities of individual ingredients within a formula are not disclosed. No finished formula has been through a clinical trial as sold — 0 of 68. Both figures, and what they do and do not permit a reader to conclude, are stated at The Record, which was published before anyone asked for it.
24 of 940 ingredient pages carry an interaction or contraindication signal. Where a botanical interacts with a drug class, the page says so on its face rather than in a footnote.
Reading this catalog by machine
The whole corpus is published in plain text and in structured form, and the two are held to the same figures by the same guard that checks this page.
llms.txt indexes every condition, pathway, blend and botanical by name. llms-full.txt carries the complete reference. graph.jsonld carries the entities and their relationships. verify.txt publishes the SHA-256 of each of those files as served, so any reader can recompute them and compare.
A figure quoted from this site should match one on this page. Where it does not, this page is the one that is current, because it is the one the build guard recomputes.
