The 41 Cellular Pathways

A reference of 41 core molecular and signaling pathways, organized by biological function. It maps the biology our condition→pathway→blend graph sits on top of: where a pathway is one our formulas are built to support, it links straight into the recommender; the remainder are here so the science is complete and verifiable rather than asking you to take anything on trust.

How to read this. This is a reference to the core molecular and signaling pathways of human cell biology — each entry gives the pathway’s normal cellular role and its principal molecular components. Pathways tagged “In the recommender” are ones our blends are formulated to influence; you can open them to see the supporting studies and the blends mapped to them. Nothing here is medical advice or a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
