““Ordered about a year back, over 1K worth of blends. Seven Sages, Trinity, Peel & Spice, Pine Pollen, Matcha, Thunder Penis, Nebula, Thermo, Shilajit. My favorite out of those were Shilajit, Nebula & Seven Sages. The peel & spice I noticed healed my eczema on my face. My skin was glowing more. Within taking all of these with my coffee at first I was going through a big awakening within. I lost 50 pounds within 8 months of taking these blends while going to the gym & fasting 16-18 hours daily. I was flying. The clarity within these blends & pure energy was nuts. ““Be yourself, but BETTER! Have you ever walked into a room and forgotten what you were looking for? Or have you ever been in the middle of telling a story and suddenly realize you don’t remember the point you were trying to make? For me, I experienced all of those things, maybe not every day but often enough that it frustrated me. I found this site when researching fasting and decided to purchase a Sampler pack to enhance my fasting experience and improve my health. I’m pretty healthy as it is but let’s be honest, I’m an overachiever and am always looking for ways to be better, feel stronger, have more positive energy and be able to keep up with my very energetic 8 year old twins. I love that there is a blend for every day of the week (Seven Sages)-Everyone knows Mondays are different from Saturdays. I haven’t used many of the blends independently of one another so I can’t tell you specifically which one is doing what for me besides generally helping me feel healthy and keep a positive outlook, the exception, however is with Nebula. When I take Nebula, my already motivated, positive, energetic personality is amplified. I am OVERFLOWING with FOCUSED energy. I don’t mean “scattered, let me start a list for all that I want to do today but then I lose the list” kind of energy. I’m talking about laser focused, procrastination busting energy. I DO NOT feel tired, I do not drag my feet in the morning, I don’t get distracted easily or have to slowly get my day started. I take my blends with Nebula and I am at 100%. I can run 12 miles and feel great (I’m a runner anyway-I am not saying you’ll be able to start from zero and go run 12 miles) or I can sit down to work and check 10 things off my to do list before 9am. Nebula increases my productivity and ability to stay on track. Even if a distraction comes up (a phone call or a person walking in interrupting me) I can easily pick back up where I left off and work projects to completion. I NEVER WANT TO BE WITHOUT Nebula, this has to be my favorite. 4. Overall-I feel confident, powerful, positive, energetic, rested, calm, and AMAZING! My combo included samples of: Peel, Matcha, Spice, Trinity, Nebula, Pine Pollen, Shilajit, Seven Sages, Thermo and Niagra. Through the combination of these blends, I am sleeping well and I’m waking up easily. I feel strong and motivated before my workouts and have endurance and power during the workouts. “GAINZ Review GAINZ is a must have if you’re over 40. Especially for men. I’ve been losing muscle mass and strength since around 45, and it has accelerated in the last few years (now 52). If I don’t workout constantly, then I immediately start getting weaker and less flexible. GAINZ is the only thing I have tried which has reversed that. In the first few weeks of starting my loading dose (1 tsp per day with GrapeFruit Juice), I started to feel stronger and workouts got easier. My muscles felt more flexible and energized, like the years were melting off. When I started GAINZ, I hadn’t been to the gym regularly for several months because of work. So when I started going back to the gym on GAINZ, the workouts were significantly easier than I remember, and I was back to my old levels in a few weeks. Normally, it would have taken me around 2-3 months to get back to my old levels after such a long slack-off period. Happened much faster and easier with GAINZ. I also noticed a definite decrease in blood pressure, which is good as I’ve had acute high blood pressure for years and years. “Whew, it’s been a long time and I’m really looking forward to my next order. I ordered the 25 pack of blends early last year. The energy and support they offer cannot be truly appreciated until you run out. For a while you think you’re good and coast until the momentum runs out. “A couple years ago, I went to help my sister move house. At the time, I looked like a beanpole and was recovering from some pretty rotten heart issues (to which all of the blends I’ve used have been amazing and life saving—literally, I didn’t think I would live to see 35; now it’s only a few months away, and I know I’ll be fine!). Somedays, it was a miracle I could even get out of bed, somedays, the miracle didn’t come. “I’ve been taking Gavin’s products for about 6 months now. I was pretty much bed ridden and full of inflammation from an old car accident, auto- immune issues and fibromyalgia. “I am 46 years old and was considered pre-diabetic at age 42. I am not overweight and I do cardio and weightlifting six days a week. I change my diet to attempt to deal with my elevated A1 C of 5.8. “I’ve been using Thermo and several other blends for almost two weeks. It was hard to narrow down which blends I wanted to try first. I chose Pine Pollen and Supernova. “Glucose blocker has quickly become my absolute favorite product Interstellar offers. Not to take away from the others though, because I have tried at least 75% of them and I take at least 6 different blends per day and they are all FANTASTIC in their own right. This one, however, has made the most noticeable difference in my overall appearance and health. In just a month of using this product I have shed 12 pounds and I have not once felt bloated or gross after eating a meal, no matter how heavy. This was also accomplished with no exercise nor changes to my diet. At first I thought it was just water weight/retention being shed and that it will quickly come back. What I consider “bad” are carb heavy foods like pasta, rice, bread, etc, which I love and eat quite often. I do a solid 16-18 hour daily fast, but my next goal is to increase that to 20/4 and also start lowering my carb intake overall. Paired with glucose blocker and Thermo, I believe I’ll shed another 10 pounds fairly easily. Add-in daily weight training and cardio and I’m sure that will be 20 pounds in no time. I mix this blend evenly with my 2nd favorite blend, which is Thermo. I mix a few teaspoons of each at a time in a jar and shake it up so I can take 1/4 teaspoon of the new mixture. In another container I mix equal parts of Supernova, peel, spice, anti-adipo, and Apigenin. I like to separate the Thermo and glucose blocker so I have better control of the amounts, and because glucose blocker is more time sensitive than other blends. I typically take it fasted in the morning, and then shortly after each meal, whereas the other blends can be taken whenever (ideally fasted though). Thermo is an incredible fat burner, and it does not have any negative side effects that are induced by your typical junk fat burners that are laden with caffeine and other stimulants. I have not missed a single dose of this blend in over a month, and I don’t plan on it. This will be a staple in my daily routine for a long time to come. “Interstellar blends have changed my life! On February 3rd I received my 11 blend challenge package. It was a risk, knowing so little about the company, but the extensive science and reviews convinced me to give it a try. “After having taken the original Interstellar Blend for several months (I am a huge fan of tonic herbs and this is my new staple herb blend!), I ordered sample sizes of Trinity and Thermogenesis to use with some fasting I was planning to do. After a little while I hadn’t done the fasts yet, and after a very stressful day I got a tooth infection in a weak tooth. My jaw swelled up and was uncomfortable and painful. “I stopped sitting on the sidelines and said what better way than to dive in and start of with this amazing july special. I’ve had experience doing 20 hours fast frequently, pulled of 24 hour fast here and there, and a 36 hour fast once. I will be reviewing all the blends, then my favorites, and Hypnotic. I can already feel certain conditions in my body improving. I use to have extreme thirst all the time, drinking water like every 75 minutes of the day, the doctors have always said everything is fine with me but I suspected pre-diabetes and wasn’t going to wait for things to get worse. So I didn’t straight go into the all day dry fasting, I tested the waters, I used all the blends as instructed in the description of the july special, and for the first time ever I actually went 5 hours without feeling thirst. “I had been visiting/staying with my dad while he was in a hospital rehab situation when he was diagnosed with Covid. “I am not new to Gavin’s blends. I started dabbling in his blends back in the summer of ‘19 when I transitioned back to a fasting lifestyle for longevity benefits. “So I first started taking blends when Gavin introduced PEEL in April of 2018 in his Facebook group. He was talking about this amazing combination of ingredients that helped bring down blood sugar readings. As someone with Gestational Diabetes when I had my daughter and also someone whose body shape screamed INSULIN RESISTANT (apple shape with larger middle), I knew I needed to try this blend and begin to regain control of my health. “I love this blend. It is so easy to take this with any of my drinks twice daily. As of today, I have used the product for two weeks and have noticed a change in my hair and scalp.
