“Since my first order in June 2022, my life has been transformed in amazing ways. I’m grateful for all the reviews and testimonials, and now it’s time for me to add my 2 cents! I still remember the excitement of getting home from work, seeing my package had arrived, and not being able to wait until morning. “It’s funny how you get used to feeling a certain way so that’s just what you accept of yourself. Or you aren’t aware that something is wrong with you until you feel better. I didn’t realize how exhausted I get during the day. I didn’t realize how low energy I am. I just go through my day and anxiously await a proper time to go to bed. Or…. What’s it feel like not to have a headache? I don’t get migraine headaches, it’s just from not sleeping. I can expect a headache at least four times a week. “I sometimes get fatigued at work (construction) on a long afternoon, or after having eaten a heavy dinner the previous evening (fried foods or too much cheese makes me tired). Normally I use SuperNova to perk me up, but I figured I’d give Anti-Fatigue a try. Anti-Fatigue is like a gentle helping hand that keeps you going. When you’re expecting to be more tired on long days, but then you discover that you’re not actually that beat yet, Anti-Fatigue is the reason. A moderate dose keeps me going for at least another 3-4 hours on the job. I haven’t tried multiple doses per day yet, but if I needed to pull a 20-hour shift, I think Anti-Fatigue would do it! I actually tried a big dose (1/2 tsp) of Anti-Fatigue and SuperNova together to see what it was like. WOO! LIT UP! BOOM! Was laughing and rambling around work for hours. Might have been a bit much. LOL I gave Anti-Fatigue a good test today, as today was hiking day in the mountains around Albuquerque. I was dead-ass tired, as I’d spent the previous day climbing up and down ladders. “I received my samples on Thursday 2/9/2023 and to my surprise Supernova was included along with Purge and REWIRE. I ended up taking everything to work the next day to try them (all except the Purge). I was totally freaked out in a good way. “I have been using Interstellar Blends for four/five months now since finding out about them through a trader called Shaun Lee in March. In that short timeframe I am already a lifelong customer as these herbs are simply just amazing! They are the best investment you could ever make in yourself; without a doubt. “So I started to take Rewire on 11th of April. I used it alone for a week. I haven’t fasted before and I was struggling with anxiety, stress, brain fog, lack of confidence, procrastination and I felt always tired (maybe because I used to smoke weed and drank a lot of coke so my blood sugar level was jumping up and down). I think because my body was full with rubbish and I used it twice a day, it hit me a bit slower. I started to feel real changes on my third day. My anxiety and worries are disappeared. I started to feel more confident and I was quite focused (compered to how I was before..) I had enough courage to go back to training which I think also helped to increase my confidence. I had enough power and control over my brain to start do fasting so on the 15th of April I started to do it and I was ok for 16 hours. ( I used to eat 3-4 times a day so for me, it was a big thing) It wasn’t so bad as I thought it would be and I was really keen to try Trinity, Nebula, Supernova and the seven sages. Also, I wanted to have the maximum effect so I carried on with 20 hours of fasting during the weekend. I didn’t drink any coke and I kept my blood sugar level low. So on Monday 18th of April, I started to mix Rewire with the other blends. I was on holiday on this week so it was easy for myself to keep myself away from sugar and stress (when I was stressed, I used to smoke weed). “Rewire review I’ll start with a little history. My husband suffers with cPTSD from a history of severe childhood abuse. He has lived with triggers like yelling, spilling things, among many other things that often come up in everyday life. His responses to these triggers can include rage, emotional volatility, and a fuge state that leads to complete withdrawal from any comfort or reassurance. This can lead to a flip into headspace where every interaction feels like an attack or malicious attempt to take advantage. Along with a lot of self loathing, he would often spin in a negative self talk spiral which could last for days. “I tried peel 20:1 and spice 20:1 and received a sample of Supernova 50:1, I purchased organic coffee beans dark roast whole beans and grinded them at home to fine powder, I used spring water from water bottles, but if you can use water from glass bottles I advise that better or some other water if plastic can be avoided, I started to feel more energy within the 1st to 2nd day of mixing the powder with the coffee, I didn’t put anything in the except the blends, I would drink 1 cup with the advised dosage of blends each day and I would have a lot of energy throught the day. “Well I have to be honest and say I am a creature of habit. Throughout my endless effort to lose weight I came across a dry fast video on Youtube (can’t remember the young lady’s name) who described her journey mentioning “the blends” repeatedly never really giving full detail of what they were. “Review of Interstellar Blends I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review of Interstellar Blends products but I did feel the effects within fifteen minutes of my first time using them. Of course, I thought I was experiencing a placebo effect. I felt intense, wonderful, joyful aliveness, similar to how I felt after 4 years of veganism and taking my first bite of brisket. I am writing this on August 18th, and I’ve been taking Interstellar Blends since March. My first time purchase was the March Special. I followed “the Life-changing 22/2 Intermittent Fasting Protocol” using all the blends listed, except a few that weren’t part of the March Special. I had wanted to jump in with both feel and lose the excess weight I had, but the Special was recommended to me because I had already had some experience with dry-fasting. I noticed my weight dropping about ½ to ¾ of a pound pretty consistently daily, without doing anything else, but taking the blends at the recommended intervals with coffee or grapefruit juice and doing my usual treadmill walk. After a day or two, I noticed a real sense of “get-it-done” that I hadn’t had for quite a long time. I am not just a gardener; I am the owner of a Permaculture business in north Texas—my property is largely a food forest. Ninety-eight percent of what grows here is edible, medicinal, or native to the area. I understand the value of food as medicine and I further understand how challenging it is to get precisely what’s needed for healing. Interstellar Blends are largely made in the ratio of 200:1. That ratio would be nearly impossible to take in inside a 24-hour period, let alone be absorbed and utilized in the body. It would also be completely impossible to grow and process on a mid-sized suburban property. I could go on to say that would double in difficultly for a couple, and triple for a family of three, which I have. Yes, we all take the blends. Back to the “get it done” feeling, I noticed that I would just get things done in the garden instead of putting them off. This was a great point of pride in accomplishment for me, and of course the garden benefitted and I became a better role model for my 14 year old daughter. Yes, my daughter also takes the blends--Trinity, Autonomous, Glucose Blocker, Super Hair and Plush. She has keratosis pilaris and it has noticeably reduced. She’s very happy with the skin on her arms and face. I want to talk about a few products in this general review of Interstellar Blends, though I could (and probably will) write reviews for all of them. Glucose Blocker is some incredible product. I had been traveling since July 21st. I ran out of Glucose Blocker on August 14th. I had been eating fairly well during my travels, mostly keto, but there has been a real difference without the Glucose Blocker. I went to bed after a day of too many carbs, plus chocolate. It was the first time since starting out on the road that I had nighttime cramps. I don’t know if Glucose Blocker affects magnesium balance, but I’m thinking it might. Occasionally during the traveling and visiting family I, of course, indulged more in things I wouldn’t have at home, and with Glucose Blocker, I never had issues. It’s like a defender for balanced physiology. I’m really happy to know how well the Glucose Blocker really works. When I first started the 22/2, I wondered if I’d ever really understand the effect of the individual products, but over time I have noticed how each product affects me. I’m grateful to have that affirming knowledge. I’ll just mention Victorious before I close this overall review. My daughter came home from orchestra camp and had laryngitis (I thought), but I also became I’ll from being around her and we both started taking Victorious. We were better in a few days. We did not test for the “current thing,” but may have had it. Victorious was a wonderful helper, as were the rest of the blends. If either of us sneezed more than once during our travels and different hotels almost every night for three plus weeks, I’d just take a bit of Victorious. Another defender! Most places we’d been to had lot of people still wearing masks. It’s laughable, but very sad to me at once. We continue to live unafraid and we keep taking our Interstellar Blends. OH! I have to say that my husband is a professional, long haul truck driver and greatly enjoys the blends. He was a health coach for years and has tried dozens of powders from different companies. He is currently a flatbed driver and that’s a very physically demanding job. “A couple years ago, I went to help my sister move house. “Where do I start, I have been taking Interstellar’s powerful herbal blends for almost three years now and have such admiration for the hardworking team and these potent blends. “I am happy, blessed and proud to say that I have been taking Interstellar Herbs since back in 2015, when only THE ORIGINAL blend existed. I had been a holistic personal trainer for years, and tried so many products in an attempt to help, not only myself, but my clients in various areas of their health and wellness. I personally had suffered with anxiety my whole life and had tried every natural product out there! It seemed the older I got, the worse the anxiety and I finally succumbed to trying pharma drugs in order to deal with it. My doctor, and most doctors prescribe depression meds for anxiety. Another note on Pine Pollen, it is a superfood, so it does replace the need for too much food and it’s a concentrated superfood, so you get so many benefits without having all of the calories. Its also great if your trying to build some muscle tone. I have always had a hard time building just some muscle tone with my body type. When I use Pine Pollen with working out, I can finally get that definition and strength better than with any Protein powder, eating 10 eggs, or other things I have tried. I will be 48 in a couple of months. People never believe my age. I still get carded often and even when I go to Doctors appointments for check ups, they ask me what my secret is!!! “A little backstory on my review—I’m turning 33 this next month and for the past 17.5 years, I’ve had a condition called Prinzmetal Angina (also known as Variant Angina)—it’s where the coronary arteries spasm, and it hurts. Bad. The first heart attack I had was when I was 15. I passed out on the way to the hospital and recovery never fully happened. But I was hopeful back then. I went to doctor after doctor and had just about every type of test done. I had constant pain, but then an extra bad spasm would come along, and it would leave me unable to do anything for hours. Nitroglycerin became my new buddy—but for some reason, I’m super sensitive to medicines and so the headache from the nitro would lay me out just like the pain from the arterial spasming. “I love this blend. It is so easy to take this with any of my drinks twice daily. As of today, I have used the product for two weeks and have noticed a change in my hair and scalp.
