“I was beginning to get a bunch of shoulder pain from my workouts and no levels of physical therapy or accupuncture would help. IN COMES SHILAJIT. This blend works miracles! “Shilajit is one of Interstellar’s products that I’m not sure gets enough attention. I think having it on its own in a higher dose is a great idea. It helps with energy, mood, and neuropathy. Let me give you a little backstory. Several years ago back when I was in college, I pulled an all-nighter, and by 5:00 am, the upper right side of my face went to sleep. I figured I was just tired (Captain Obvious here), and that after a bit of rest, I’d be fine. But, it didn’t wake back up. I was just pins and needles with around 25-50% less feeling than the left side of my face. And then it would feel like a whip of fire around my eye where the main nerve comes in. This went on for long enough that I saw my doctor and was prescribed an SSRI. And you know what, it helped. It helped the nerves calm down. It helped me feel dead everywhere. Shilajit and Supernova both help with anti-inflammation but Supernova helps with anti-stress and anti-fatigue. Green tea matcha helps reduces cardiovascular diseases and other forms of cancer. “Shilajit is a game changer! What is it? Well its a bunch of things: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, diuretic to name just a few. It covers a lot of bases for sure. “WOWWW. Yes, the emphasis on “wow” was necessary. I first started noticing people in my circle mentioning herbs online, and shortly later discovered it was interstellar. I began to research extensively on the website and was blown away with the information Gavin had compiled explaining the benefits or “necessities” of each blend, however you’d like to see it… But I consider these blends a necessity in todays environment. We are constantly flooded with radiation and toxins in the forms of GMO’S, Pesticides and more. Its actually insane in todays age to not be capitalizing on a product of this caliber, it literally is your best defense mechanism against these harsh times we live in other than your mind (the mind is all powerful. “I’m not good at writing reviews but feel I need to so apologies if its a bit all over the place! Lol I placed my first order a couple of weeks ago (end of July) and received it within 2 working days which was awesome! I have never fasted before but got stuck in right away, I started off with Trinity I didn’t think I could notice any difference apart from not really feeling hungry which was strange as usually I would be starving by 10am if I had not had and breakfast! “I am happy, blessed and proud to say that I have been taking Interstellar Herbs since back in 2015, when only THE ORIGINAL blend existed. I had been a holistic personal trainer for years, and tried so many products in an attempt to help, not only myself, but my clients in various areas of their health and wellness. “First of all, before this review begins, I need to thank Gavin for creating this company and this community of like-minded souls who are ever searching to better themselves. My journey with interstellar started in 2018; I was skeptical, as I always am with new products with grand promises, but I took the leap with some samples, and I haven’t stopped purchasing these products since that first month of using the blends. “I stopped sitting on the sidelines and said what better way than to dive in and start of with this amazing july special. I’ve had experience doing 20 hours fast frequently, pulled of 24 hour fast here and there, and a 36 hour fast once. I will be reviewing all the blends, then my favorites, and Hypnotic. I can already feel certain conditions in my body improving. I use to have extreme thirst all the time, drinking water like every 75 minutes of the day, the doctors have always said everything is fine with me but I suspected pre-diabetes and wasn’t going to wait for things to get worse. “I have hypothyroidism since forever, I was diagnosed when I was 10 years old (18 now). Doctors prescribed me medication and that I had to take them for the rest of my life. “Be yourself, but BETTER! Have you ever walked into a room and forgotten what you were looking for? “Second time I bought this combinend with the other blends below here. I have to say I’m still amazed with the quality the blends are made of, I use them most of the time 2 times a day in my tea, except the pine pollen I take those pre workout combined with my bcaas and other stuff.
