I’ve reached this conclusion after reflection upon the running through of moderate work days with relative ease (ie yard work for 8 HOURS with ONLY a SINGLE 3 minute BREAK, while FASTED). So if you would be interested in lively energy, while being on an empty stomach, these 2 blends may be the right ones to help you to breeze through the day. Helps with all nighters as well, if taken with coffee after 9pm (experienced 36 hours awake). Forethought & Conclusion: These are not necessarily essential nor basic blends, although if you have a tendency to tire easily, try antifatigue to boost thy vitality. & be wary that the fundamental underlying issue may lie elsewhere. “I sometimes get fatigued at work (construction) on a long afternoon, or after having eaten a heavy dinner the previous evening (fried foods or too much cheese makes me tired). Normally I use SuperNova to perk me up, but I figured I’d give Anti-Fatigue a try. Anti-Fatigue is like a gentle helping hand that keeps you going. When you’re expecting to be more tired on long days, but then you discover that you’re not actually that beat yet, Anti-Fatigue is the reason. A moderate dose keeps me going for at least another 3-4 hours on the job. I haven’t tried multiple doses per day yet, but if I needed to pull a 20-hour shift, I think Anti-Fatigue would do it! I actually tried a big dose (1/2 tsp) of Anti-Fatigue and SuperNova together to see what it was like. WOO! LIT UP! BOOM! Was laughing and rambling around work for hours. Might have been a bit much. “ANTI FATIGUE I respectfully preface that I am a real person and if you join the telegram group I will talk to you ad-nauseam about these products: I stand by the honor of my very word. 11 months ago I nearly died. “So Anti Fatigue blend is VERY potent!!! The last few months I have been in a very rough spot. Highly stressful and draining event happened, stressful living situation ongoing, and I ended up falling back towards a bit heavier foods which leaves me fatigued. Sleeping more, struggle to get going and be productive during the day. Typically when I am on point with my food, fasting regularly and not dealing with or recovering from anything stressful, I feel great and no fatigue and on minimal sleep. “Shilajit, green tea matcha and a sample of Supernova. First off let me tell you the benefits of all three. Shilajit and Supernova both help with anti-inflammation but Supernova helps with anti-stress and anti-fatigue. Green tea matcha helps reduces cardiovascular diseases and other forms of cancer. It also has an anti-hypertensive effect which can help lower blood pressure. I’ve been taking these three together for a while and I can definitely agree that the inflammation and pain that I’ve been having in my knees and joints have decreased!
