The blends

What is a blend?

A blend is one of our formulas: concentrated ingredients (botanicals, mushrooms, nutrients and single compounds) chosen together for one purpose. Every blend opens to show its full formula, the pathways it works on and the study behind each ingredient.

What does 200:1 mean?

It is the concentration of our blends: about 200 parts of starting material go into each part of the powder extract. Supernova is concentrated 50:1. DHA, Lactoferrin, Interstellar Matcha, Pine Pollen, Shilajit, Apigenin and Luteolin carry no ratio.

What sizes do blends come in?

Blends come in 25 g and 100 g packets of powder extract, and you choose the size in your order. Five products keep a size of their own, and that choice never changes them: Supernova comes in 100 g or 250 g, DHA and Shilajit in 100 g, and Interstellar Matcha and Pine Pollen in 250 g.

How do I use a blend?

For the best absorption, take your blends with fat. Many of their compounds dissolve in fat rather than water, and reach the bloodstream in any real amount only when fat in the same sitting calls up the bile that carries them. Stir your blends into coffee with heavy cream and MCT oil, or into kefir with MCT oil, ideally within a one-meal-a-day intermittent fast.

The cream or the kefir is the part doing the carrying — it is long-chain fat, and that is what releases the gut hormone that empties the gallbladder. A little is enough; more is not better. Each label carries its directions, and a blend’s safety note comes first: green tea catechins (EGCG), for one, are taken with a meal, never on an empty stomach. Ask your physician before fasting or starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication (above all for blood sugar or blood pressure) or manage a health condition.

How does the Site choose blends for my goals?

Each goal you choose is traced to the biological pathways behind it. The Site then builds one combo that covers as many of those pathways as it can, and shows you which blend covers which pathway. Systemic Coverage shows the whole picture, and See What to Expect explains it goal by goal.

What do the grades A, B+, B and C mean?

Every ingredient in a blend is graded on its evidence, for what that blend is built to do. In most blends, A is human trial evidence, B+ is corroborated, B is preclinical (cell and animal studies) and C is exploratory. A few specialist blends define their grades more precisely, and every blend shows its own definitions above its studies.

What do Clinical-grade, Mechanistic-grade and Preclinical-grade mean?

They describe how mature the human science is on each pathway you are targeting. Clinical-grade: studied in people, in human clinical trials. Mechanistic-grade: the pathway and the ingredient’s action are mapped in human biology, while dedicated trials are still emerging. Preclinical-grade: shown in cell and animal models, not yet in people. They describe the science, not a promise of results.

Can I read the studies myself?

Yes. Every line is graded on its evidence, the Receipts link each claim to its published study, and every pathway opens a live search of the published research.

Will a blend treat my condition?

No. Our blends are dietary supplements, and everything on the Site is education, not medical advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Should I talk to my doctor first?

Yes, before starting any supplement, and especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication (including blood thinners or medicine for blood pressure, blood sugar or the thyroid), have a medical condition or have surgery scheduled. How do I order?

Choose your goals and the Site builds your combo. Review it in Your Order, choose 25 g or 100 g, and tap Order. You can add or remove any blend first.

Is there a gift with larger orders?

Yes. When your order reaches $300, choose a thank-you gift: any blend in 25 g, on us.

What is the birthday privilege?

Once a year, on any day you choose to celebrate, everything is half of full price: $1,000 of formula for $500. Tell us the day and we send your code; enter it in Your Order. If your combo already saves you more, you pay the combo price, and an order takes one code. Request your birthday code.

What is Subscribe & Save?

Your selection, delivered every 60 days, with 15% off every delivery after your first. Change, skip or cancel anytime before your next order is processed by emailing us; there is no minimum and nothing to repay. Every delivery is covered by the 60-Day Guarantee (Terms, Section 8).

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Delivery is included on orders over $500. Below that, the delivery charge for your address is shown before you place your order.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery estimate is shown with your order. Until the carrier delivers it to your address, a lost or damaged parcel is ours to make right.

What if my address was wrong?

If a parcel comes back to us because an address was incomplete or wrong, we reship it once at our cost or refund you for the products.

Where is my order?

Write to us with your order number and we will tell you where it is. Contact us.

Returns and refunds

What is the 60-Day Guarantee?

If a blend is not right for you, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we refund what you paid for it, even if you have opened it. Our Refund Policy has the details.

How do I return a blend?

Email us with your order number within 60 days of delivery. We reply with a return authorization and the return address. Send the containers back within 14 days, and we refund you within 5 business days of receiving them.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the product, its label and the packing slip. We send a replacement or refund you in full, delivery included.

Your information

Do you sell my information?

No. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. See our Privacy Policy.

Do you see the goals I choose?

No. The goals you choose and the protocol the Site builds are worked out in your own browser. We see them only if you send them to us, for example by ordering or by emailing yourself a copy of your protocol.

How do I stop emails or texts?
