Privacy Policy

1Who we are

Interstellar Blends is a brand of Interstellar Plan, LLC, 134 Vintage Park Blvd, Ste A #311, Houston, TX 77070 (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website (the “Site”), our orders, emails and text messages; how we use and share it; and the choices and rights you have. Please read it with our Terms & Conditions.

2What you give us

• When you order: your name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, phone number and what you order. Card and wallet payments, including Apple Pay, are handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of your payment, never your full card number.
• When you create an account: your name, email address and password, and the orders, saved protocols and subscriptions in it.
• When you ask for a copy of your protocol: your email address and the blends, size and total of your protocol.
• When you join our emails or texts: your email address or mobile number, and your consent. If you agree to texts, they may include reminders about the order you started.
• When you write to us by text, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger or email: your name, how to reach you and whatever you choose to tell us, which may include your goals, your routine, your health or the medications you take. WhatsApp, Telegram and Messenger carry your message under their own privacy policies.
• When you ask for your birthday code: the day you choose to celebrate and how to reach you.
• When you send a review: your review and anything you include with it. We publish it with your first name and last initial, never your email address (Terms, Section 12).

3Your goals and your health

Much of the Site works without telling us anything. The goals you choose, the scan, the pathway maps, What to Expect and the protocol the Site builds for you are worked out in your own browser. We do not receive them unless you send them to us: by ordering, by emailing yourself a copy of your protocol, by saving it to an account, or by writing to us about them.

Goals such as sleep, mood or blood sugar, and anything you tell us about your health or medications, can reveal something about your health. We treat all of it as sensitive. We use it only to give you what you asked for: to answer you, to fill your order, to send your protocol. We never use it for advertising or profiling, and we never sell it or share it for advertising. Where the law requires your consent before we collect or use it, we ask for it first.

4What is collected automatically

Visits. Like any website, the servers that deliver the Site receive technical information from your browser with each visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time. It is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used. We do not use it to identify you.

Cookies and browser storage. We use only what the Site needs to work and to remember your choices. Today your browser keeps three small settings on your device: your light or dark theme, the map’s own theme, and whether you have seen the map’s guide. When accounts and ordering are open, the Site will also remember your cart and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow others to track you across websites through the Site. If that ever changes, we will update this policy before it happens and give you a choice.

Typefaces. The Site carries its own typefaces, so displaying them asks no one else. The one exception is the interactive map, the Atlas: when you open it, your browser asks Google Fonts for two of its typefaces, and Google receives your IP address under its own privacy policy.

5How we use it

• To take, fill, deliver and support your orders, including Subscribe & Save and the 60-Day Guarantee;
• to process payments and prevent fraud;
• to run your account;
• to answer your messages and help you choose;
• to send the emails and texts you asked for: order confirmations, delivery updates and, if you agreed, news and offers;
• to keep the Site working, secure and improving, using information in aggregate; and
• to meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.

6Who we share it with

We share personal information only as this policy describes:

• Service providers who work for us: payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, email and text-message services, and website hosting. Each receives only what it needs to do its work for us, and may not use it for its own purposes.
• When the law requires it, such as a court order or subpoena, or when we need to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, the public or ourselves.
• If our business changes hands. If Interstellar Plan, LLC or the Interstellar Blends brand is sold or merged, personal information would pass to the new owner, under this policy.
• When you ask us to, for example when you share your protocol with someone.

We never sell your personal information and we never rent our customer lists.

7No selling, no targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning advertising based on what you do on other websites and apps. We do not sell or share information about anyone under 16. Our Do Not Sell or Share page explains how to record an opt-out anyway, and how we honor Global Privacy Control.

8Your choices

• Emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or email us. We still send messages about your orders and your account.
• Texts. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying.
• Browser storage. Your browser’s settings let you clear or block site data. The Site still works; it simply will not remember your settings.
• Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. Because we do not track you across other websites, a Do Not Track signal has nothing to switch off.

9Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy in a portable form;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop using it for marketing; and
• confirm that we do not sell it, share it for targeted advertising or use it for profiling.

Email interstellarblend@gmail.com with your request. We confirm it is you, usually by writing to the email address on your orders or account, and we answer within 45 days. If we need longer, as the law allows, we tell you why. You may ask through an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent may act for you. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.

If we say no. We explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our answer with the word “Appeal.” We answer an appeal within 60 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

We may keep some information when the law requires or allows it, for example records of your orders for tax and accounting.

10How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy: order records for as long as tax, accounting and consumer law require; account information until you close your account; your email address or number for marketing until you unsubscribe; and messages for as long as we need them to help you. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

11Security

The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payment details go straight to payment processors that meet the card industry’s security standard (PCI DSS). Only the people who need your information to serve you can see it.

No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed without permission. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

12Children

The Site and our products are intended for adults (Terms, Section 3). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

13Other websites

The Site links to journals, research databases and other websites, and to WhatsApp, Telegram and Messenger. Their own privacy policies apply there. This policy covers only information collected by the Site and by us.

14Visitors outside the United States

We operate from the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed here. If you use the Site from another country, your information will be handled under U.S. law and this policy.

15Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we post the new version here with its date. If a change is material, we will tell you on the Site or by email before it takes effect. We use information under the policy that applied when we collected it: we will not use information we already hold in a materially different way without your consent.
