Return Eligibility

You can return our products within 12 days from the date of your original purchase. To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Contact Us: Reach out within 7 days of delivery to initiate your return.
• Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and sent back within 15 days of delivery. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours.

Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping fees and for any risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit, both to and from our facility.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly. To expedite the resolution, provide proof of damage by sending a photo that displays the product label and packing slip. Email your photo along with your order details to  interstellarblendshipping@gmail.com ↗  (mailto:interstellarblendshipping@gmail.com), and one of our customer service representatives will reach out to you with a solution.
