    I realized the other day that I was running low on Niagra, days pasted and I forgot to order. I was PMSing and when I went to make a mega dose of Niagra and I noticed I was out; OMG!!! Niagra has become a daily morning and evening shot for me. My sexual desires are strong but most important is that it zero out my PMS symptoms. I wish I could be on autoship. Without Niagra my hormones are raging out of control; I could cry thinking about not having any available. I guess a RUSH order is in place.

    Niagara is the best – and I am sorry I let myself run out. I am 51 and this past year hot flashes and night sweats hit hard.     I am not new to Gavin’s blends. I started dabbling in his blends back in the summer of ‘19 when I transitioned back to a fasting lifestyle for longevity benefits. I’ve incorporated many different types of supplements from NMN, NAD, resveratrol, senolytics, astaxanthin, melatonin, and many other therapies like red light therapy and thermal loading, alongside regular extended fasting cycles and time-restricted eating and diet variation. I’ve also had my gut microbiome tested a couple of times and I try to stick to the 80-90 principle of eating foods specific to my gut microbiome for optimal health and mitochondrial function. I’ve seen many amazing benefits since prioritizing longevity and biohacking.

    I started with Thermo, Peel, Pine Pollen, and Spice back when I started this biohacking journey, and I’ve since tried more blends. I was really curious about this particular blend. I have to be more choosy with the blends because they’re more pricey (worth it!), and figured I’d incorporate the others and try this one later.     I am new to Gavins blends. My daughters boyfriend referred me to him. I was having extremely painful menstral cycles along with bleeding for weeks at a time. I started taking the Niagra blend everyday. My menstral cycle has recently changed from the end of the month to the beginning of the month. I started taking the blend in July and the beginning of August came and I did not have a menstral cycle, nor any cramps or pains or spotting. Months ago my cycle was starting at the end of the month on the 22nd. Well now it has started back to that old cycle. My menstral cycle started today but so far very very light. I did not even realize my cycle started, because I had no signs such as cramps, headaches, etc. I am a believer and will continue to take this blend on a daily basis.

    I reached out to Gavin a little over a month ago for post menopausal hot flashes and he recommended Niagara, it worked! I have been dealing with hot flashes for years and have tried all different kinds of supplements that only diminished them but did not get rid of them.

    I take between 1/8 and 1/4 of a tsp in a cup of hot tea before bed. I used to wake up several times during the night with hot flashes and disrupted sleep, since starting on Niagara I now sleep through the night and have not had a hot flash in over a month.

    Wow is one of the things that come to my mind when I started taking this specific blend since I have been in SSRI for years now my libido has not been the same and yes I’m getting off them. I plan on completely been off them by end of this year I know I can and will do it . Anyways this blend had almost an immediate effect.

    If you have ever taken SSRI for a long period of time you know that one for the major side effects is that it can negatively affect your libido man or woman .     It’s funny how you get used to feeling a certain way so that’s just what you accept of yourself. Or you aren’t aware that something is wrong with you until you feel better. I didn’t realize how exhausted I get during the day. I didn’t realize how low energy I am. I just go through my day and anxiously await a proper time to go to bed. Or…. what’s it feel like not to have a headache? I don’t get migraine headaches, it’s just from not sleeping. I can expect a headache at least four times a week. Stomach aches from poor digestion are awful too. Just overall feeling good… really? Yes!!! Yes!!! Yesssss!!!!

    Interstellar Blends to the rescue. So I have several of the blends in sample size. I’ve actually had them quite a while and I would take some here, take some there. I really got serious about it this past week and I have taken them at least twice daily and sometimes three times daily. WOW is all I can say.     Excellent product. I have only just discovered interstellar products. I have just put in my second order. This herb in particular has helped me with my perimenopausal symptoms.

    I have noticed in the space of a month that my head is much clearer, less brain fog, less anxiety around this time of the month and my mood swings have improved dramatically. I am sure my husband would agree 🙂

    I have bought a few different samples and I feel the selection I have purchased all compliment each other as I have noticed an improvement in each of the areas, but most notably in my mental health.

    My goal for 2024 is to stay off all antidepressants which I have been on for most of my adult life and so far I have been feeling great.

    I must also make a point in adding that the customer service is great. I have had a couple of initial
